The land was acquired in 2019, and a brand-new building was completed in 2021. The site area is 4,619 sq.ft. and total gross floor area of the new building is 23,841 sq.ft.. It has 7 floors of commercial space plus a basement of commercial/retail space.

The land was acquired in mid 2018, and a brand-new building was completed in early 2022. The site area is 5,160 sq.ft. and total gross floor area of the new building is 32,274 sq.ft.. It has 11 floors of commercial/retail space, plus 4 floors of basement for carpark, retail/machine room use.

Corner 50 (8 Yeonmujang 11-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, South Korea)

The land was acquired in late 2018, and a brand-new building was completed in mid 2022. The site area is 16,155 sq.ft. and total gross floor area of the new building is 122,798 sq.ft.. It includes 12 floors of commercial/retail space and 5 floors of basement for carpark/retail/machine room use.

The above three property developments together form the “Golden Triangle” development project in Seongsudong which is located along the Hans River and next to Seoul Forest, enjoying the view of the river and the biggest park in Seoul, as well as the proximity to the high-end residential area of Apgujeong-dong.
