In Hong Kong, Star Properties operates under the name Star Properties (Hong Kong). Its two main property activities are property development and property investment. Star Properties also operates in South Korea since 2018 under the name Star Properties Korea. With a team of about 8 professionals, the Company has completed three commercial development projects up to June 2022 in the Seongsu area of Seoul, namely Corner 19, Corner 25, and Corner 50. As of June 2022, there is another commercial project in Seongsu under development.
